Clients’ patients are especially well accommodated by SHM’s caring concierges in our Patient Services Department.  The staff sets up patients’ provider appointments and initiates any needed follow-up communication, referral appointments, or testing.  This service includes precertification, and transfer of medical records and test results to the referral physician.
